Hello,

6 weeks now that I work for 3R. I really enjoy my time here and feel quite good in Ireland. After sales and marketing internships in France, Austria and London, I made the decision to start my first job in Ireland for it is a young and dynamic country which is constantly growing, and which is famous for its multiculturalism.

I will do my best to share with you my experience here and also to show you how sales and marketing are important within a company. I had the opportunity to work for different businesses in different countries, and each time I realized that sales and marketing were extremely significant to run your business and to improve it.

Since I have started to work for 3R, my conviction has become stronger and stronger. With a good sales and marketing strategy, you can really improve your business significantly and reach your targets. The key is to implement the good action plan, and update it regularly. The action plan is a tool that makes you think about the future of your company, and gather everybody round a common project.
