Sales Tip: When listening to a client or prospect, it is vital to listen intently and not to be thinking about your next question – so the tip to help you with this is to press the tip of your tongue against the back of your top fron teeth – apart from not being able to speak – it actually acutely focuses your concentration.
Marketing tip: Trade places with your customers – put on your customers eyes and ears and ask your self does your marketing message make sense to them – Speak your customers language and they will hear you.
